Automatic reply to enquirer

Response time best practise is between 5 – 10 minutes. Where 5 minutes has a 900% increase in contact rate over 10 minutes. In a study in the USA it was found that companies average response time is 44 hours.

For those agents who are busy showing property or in client meetings, REclick’s ability to send an immediate response to incoming leads means active clients are not put on hold while the agent responds to leads that may or may not be actionable.

This process requires no input from the agent. Links to the brand website and the branch page are also included in this reply.

Automatic email tracking and validity check

The platform tracks the inquiry reply email’s actions like opens, clicks etc. and also verifies that the address is valid. The platform keeps track of all interaction the buyer has with the “initial contact mail”.

This includes the amount of times the email was opened, if the buyer has clicked on any links and if they have chosen to unsubscribe from these messages.

Automated reporting

REclick sends various reports to licensee, admin, and agents on a daily basis.

Every morning at 6 am, the licensee and admin receive a daily snapshot report for all the agent inquires for the entire branch for the last 24 hours. The agents also receive their individual daily snapshot report displaying only their leads from the last 24 hours. These reports are super valuable in the lead management process. Every Sunday morning REclick sends a consolidated weekly “Leads received” report to Licensee, Admin and agents.  This report allows the Licensee and agents to see all the leads received during the week.

The aim of this report is to ensure no leads fall through the cracks… a reminder message if you will.
